For agencies

Built for agencies running field campaigns for brands

Run activations, sampling and merchandising for several clients at once, keep rival brands completely apart, and hand each client a report that builds itself while the campaign runs.

Sound familiar?

Every client, a different spreadsheet

Each campaign lives in its own mix of WhatsApp groups and sheets, and nothing carries over to the next one.

Competing brands, one team

When you run campaigns for two brands that compete, you need to be sure neither can ever see the other's work.

Reporting eats your margin

Hours go into rebuilding photos and numbers into decks for every client review, hours nobody pays for.

How eNsight handles it

One record per visit, from the outlet to the client

Many campaigns, one account

Each campaign has its own outlets, targets, metrics and team, and you see them all from one dashboard.

Rival brands kept apart

If an account isn't on a campaign, that campaign isn't there for them. Separation isn't a matter of which screen someone opens.

Two cuts of every report

Your version keeps agent names, flags and costs. The client's version never has them in the first place.

A link instead of an attachment

Send a client a live report they can open any time. It always shows their version, however far it gets forwarded.

Decks in PowerPoint or PDF

Coverage, momentum, best and worst outlets and the photo gallery, exported for the review meeting.

Daily client summaries

A short read on yesterday goes to the client's inbox each morning, without anyone on your side remembering to send it.

The handover

Nobody loses a week
building the report

The review meeting is where the next brief is won or lost. Your wingman has the deck ready before you walk in.

Questions

Can I run campaigns for competing brands?

Yes. Campaigns are kept separate, and someone who isn't on a campaign can't see it at all, which matters when two of your clients compete.

What does my client see?

Their version of the report: a live link, a daily email and a PowerPoint or PDF deck. It never includes agent names, flags or costs.

Does the client need an eNsight account?

No. You can send them a live report link that opens without signing in, and the daily summary arrives by email.

Can I use my own metrics for each client?

Yes. Each campaign is measured on the metrics you set for that brief, not a fixed set of ours.

Does it work in Nigeria, and outside it?

Yes. eNsight was built in Lagos, so it was designed for Nigerian field conditions first: patchy signal, mid-range Android phones and busy outlets. Nothing in it is tied to one country, so the same campaign setup works in Abuja, Accra, Nairobi or Johannesburg.
