- How are agents counted?
- By how many are active in your organization at once, not by how many you have ever invited. Retire an agent after a brief and the seat comes back.
- What is a Joe credit?
- One question answered by Joe, the assistant that reads your live campaign. Daily insights and the report narrative are not charged against it. Run out and you can buy a top-up on any paid plan.
- How do we pay?
- We invoice each period and send a secure link. Card, bank transfer and pay-with-bank all work, in NGN. Prefer a direct transfer or a purchase order? We'll set that up.
- Can we try it on one campaign?
- That's what Free is for. Create your organization, run a real campaign end to end, and see the deck it produces before paying anything.
- Do our clients need accounts?
- No. A brand manager can be invited into a campaign if they want the live view, but a share link works for anyone without a login.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. Every record, photo and report belongs to your organization, and exports are yours to take.
