Brand activation software, with the proof built in
Sampling days, in-store activations, roadshows and pop-ups. Your brand ambassadors log each one from their phone in about ninety seconds, and you see it land on your dashboard, with the photos and the location, while the activation is still running.
Sound familiar?
The proof turns up a week late
Photos arrive in a WhatsApp group, unlabelled, days after the activation. By the time someone sorts them, nobody can say which outlet they came from.
You can't tell who was actually there
A spreadsheet row says the activation happened. Nothing says where the person who typed it was standing when they did.
The recap deck eats the weekend
Every campaign ends with someone rebuilding numbers and photos into slides for the client review, by hand.
How eNsight handles it
One record per visit, from the outlet to the client
Check-ins with location and time
When an ambassador checks in, the phone compares where it is with where the outlet is. The time comes from the phone the second they hit send.
Proof photos on the visit itself
Photos are attached to the one visit they belong to, so the activation, the outlet and the proof never come apart.
Your own metrics per brief
Samples handed out, conversations, units sold, leads: you set what the activation is measured on, and the targets track as the work happens.
Approve or flag every visit
A visit that doesn't look right can be flagged. A flagged visit leaves every count, so the numbers you report are only the ones you'd defend.
Works with no signal
At a busy market or a basement supermarket, the visit is saved on the phone and sent by itself once there's a network.
The client report builds itself
Coverage, best and worst outlets and the photo gallery, exported as PowerPoint or PDF, or shared as a live link your client can open any time.
Receipts included
Every number turns up with its proof
Nobody writes any of this up afterwards. Every visit records these four things by itself, while the agent is still standing in the outlet.

Which outlet they were in
Picked from your own list rather than typed, so one outlet can't end up recorded three different ways.

That they were really there
The phone checks where it is against where the outlet is, at the moment the agent checks in.

Questions
What is brand activation software?
It's the system your field team uses to record each activation as it happens, and that you use to see it live and report on it. Without it, activations are usually run on WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets, and the proof is assembled at the end.
Can I track sampling and product trials?
Yes. You set the metrics each campaign is measured on, such as samples given, trials, conversions or units sold, and ambassadors enter them at each visit.
Do brand ambassadors need to download an app?
No. They open a link and can add it to their home screen, where it behaves like any other app. There's no app store and no training day.
Can my client see the activation results?
Yes. You can send a live report link or export a PowerPoint or PDF deck. The client's version never includes agent names, flags or costs.
Does it work in Nigeria, and outside it?
Yes. eNsight was built in Lagos, so it was designed for Nigerian field conditions first: patchy signal, mid-range Android phones and busy outlets. Nothing in it is tied to one country, so the same campaign setup works in Abuja, Accra, Nairobi or Johannesburg.
