Everything between
the check-in and
the client meeting
What your agents capture in the field, what you read while the campaign is still running, and what you hand over when it ends. It's one system, so none of those three disagree.
The dashboard
Watch today happen, live
No report to request, no waiting for Friday. Open it and it's already right.

Everything you're running, in one look
The campaign that's slipping finds you, instead of the other way round.

Your agents get their own app
Five steps, about ninety seconds, at every outlet on the run. Any longer and it wouldn't get done.

Arrive and check in
One tap at the outlet. The app confirms they're in the right place, so nobody's taking anyone's word for it.
Enter the numbers
Only the metrics this campaign is measured on, on big +/− counters they can hit without looking.
Take the proof
Shelf, display, crowd. The photos attach to that visit and turn up in the client's report.
Send it, signal or not
No network? It waits on the phone and goes the moment there is one. Nobody has to remember to resend.
See where they stand
Their day, their streak, and where they sit on the team board. It's why the app gets opened without being chased.
The field app
The app your agents will actually use
It arrives as a link, opens like an app, and costs almost nothing in data. The person holding it is standing up in a busy outlet, on their own bundle.
No signal
It keeps working offline
Submissions save on the phone and send once there's a network. An agent in a basement market never sees an error, and you never lose a visit.
Anyone can claim a visit
Check-in proves where they were
The app records where the agent actually stood, so you can see the visit happened at the outlet and not on the way home.
Data costs money
Photos go up light
Your agents aren't burning their own bundle to send a picture, and the upload actually finishes the first time.
Nobody opens it
There's a reason to keep it open
Progress, XP and a team leaderboard, plus a nudge when someone has gone quiet. It's compliance you aren't chasing by phone every morning.

Maltina sells 9 a day at ₦1,000. Three days at zero is 9 × 3 × ₦1,000 of sales that just don't happen.
Stock & merchandising
Never be the last to know a shelf is empty
Your wingman watches every line in every outlet and tells you what runs out next, and what the empty facings already cost. When something hits its reorder point it raises the restock itself.
- Days of stock left
- Roughly how many more days the stock on hand will last at the current rate of sale.Units on hand ÷ average daily sales.
- Average daily sales
- How fast an item sells, in units per day.Averaged across the gaps between counts. A count that goes up is a restock, so it's ignored rather than treated as negative sales.
- Expected to run out
- The date an item is projected to run out, estimated from its stock history. An early warning rather than a promise. A sudden change in demand moves it.
- Reorder threshold
- The count at which an item is due for reordering.Falling to or below it raises a restock task and alerts whoever manages that outlet.
Every calculated figure carries this same explanation inside the product. A number nobody can check is a number nobody acts on.
Ask Joe
Just ask. It already knows the campaign.
Joe answers from your own campaign, with the outlets named and the numbers attached. It only ever sees what your role sees.

Which outlets are dragging the Lagos numbers down?
Three are behind target on samples served: Market Square Yaba (62%), Blenco Ajah (58%) and Prince Ebeano Surulere (49%). Surulere has only had one visit in four days. The other two are being covered daily, so those two look like a target problem rather than a coverage one.

building the report
The review meeting is where the next brief is won or lost. Your wingman has the deck ready before you walk in.

A link instead of an attachment
Send a client a live report they can open any time. It always shows their version, however far it gets forwarded.
The daily flash
A short read on yesterday, in the client's inbox each morning, without anyone on your side remembering to send it.
Two cuts of the same campaign
Your version keeps agent names, flags and costs. The client's version never has them in the first place.
Access
You probably run two brands that compete. Awkward.
Which is fine right up until one client can see the other's numbers. You set who sees which campaign once, and it holds.
Separation you can't click around
Access isn't a matter of which screen someone opens or which link they were sent. If an account isn't on a campaign, that campaign isn't there for them.
A client link stays a client link
Share a report and it shows the client's version to everyone who opens it, however far it gets forwarded.
Agents and staff sign in separately
The field app and the dashboard are different doors. An agent's login won't open your dashboard, even part of the way.
