Trade marketing
Trade marketing software for FMCG brands
Know what's happening to your brand in every outlet: what's on the shelf, what's selling, what's about to run out, and whether the activation you paid for actually happened.
Sound familiar?
You pay for execution you can't see
Activations and merchandising happen across hundreds of outlets, and all you get is a deck at the end.
Stock-outs cost sales quietly
An empty shelf rarely gets reported quickly, and every day at zero is sales that don't come back.
Field data you can't trust
Numbers arrive without proof of where or when they were recorded, so they're hard to act on.
How eNsight handles it
One record per visit, from the outlet to the client
Stock per SKU, per outlet
Counts at every visit, turned into days of cover and the date each line is likely to run out.
Restock alerts
When a count falls to the reorder point, a restock task is raised and the person who manages that outlet is alerted.
Verified visits
Every visit carries a location check, a time from the phone and the photos taken there.
Activations against target
Set targets for each campaign and see where you stand every day, outlet by outlet.
Your own field team, or your agency's
Run campaigns with your own team, or have your agency send you a live report link that always shows your version.
Every number explained
Each calculated figure carries a plain explanation of how it was worked out, inside the product.

₦27,000
Maltina sells 9 a day at ₦1,000. Three days at zero is 9 × 3 × ₦1,000 of sales that just don't happen.
Stock & merchandising
Never be the last to know a shelf is empty
Your wingman watches every line in every outlet and tells you what runs out next, and what the empty facings already cost. When something hits its reorder point it raises the restock itself.
- Days of stock left
- Roughly how many more days the stock on hand will last at the current rate of sale.Units on hand ÷ average daily sales.
- Average daily sales
- How fast an item sells, in units per day.Averaged across the gaps between counts. A count that goes up is a restock, so it's ignored rather than treated as negative sales.
- Expected to run out
- The date an item is projected to run out, estimated from its stock history. An early warning rather than a promise. A sudden change in demand moves it.
- Reorder threshold
- The count at which an item is due for reordering.Falling to or below it raises a restock task and alerts whoever manages that outlet.
Every calculated figure carries this same explanation inside the product. A number nobody can check is a number nobody acts on.
Questions
What is trade marketing software?
It's software that shows a brand how it's being executed at the point of sale: stock on the shelf, displays, activations and the field team visits behind them.
Can I see stock levels for each SKU?
Yes. Field teams count stock per SKU at each visit, and eNsight shows days of cover and projected run-out dates for every line in every outlet.
Our agency runs our field team. Can we still use eNsight?
Yes. If your agency runs the campaign on eNsight, they can send you a live report link showing your version of the results.
Is stock tracking included?
Yes. Stock counts are included on every plan, including the free one.
Does it work in Nigeria, and outside it?
Yes. eNsight was built in Lagos, so it was designed for Nigerian field conditions first: patchy signal, mid-range Android phones and busy outlets. Nothing in it is tied to one country, so the same campaign setup works in Abuja, Accra, Nairobi or Johannesburg.
