Field marketing

Field marketing campaigns, tracked while they're live

See every visit as it lands, who's out, who's idle and who's offline, and how each campaign is tracking against target, without chasing your field team for updates.

stop chasing for updates

Sound familiar?

You find out how it went at the end

Field results trickle in through calls and messages, so the first full picture of a campaign arrives after it's too late to fix anything.

No idea who's actually working

With agents spread across a city, there's no simple way to see who's out, who's idle and who hasn't checked in since morning.

Every client wants an update

Someone on your team spends part of every day pulling numbers together just to tell the client how things are going.

How eNsight handles it

One record per visit, from the outlet to the client

A live feed of every visit

Each check-in shows up on your dashboard as it happens, with its numbers, photos and location.

Live view of your field team

See who is out, idle or offline right now, across every campaign you're running.

Targets that track as you go

Set targets per campaign and see where you stand every day, not after the campaign ends.

A daily summary, sent for you

A short read on yesterday goes to your client's inbox each morning, without anyone remembering to send it.

Updates that reach the whole team

Post an update to a campaign and every agent on it gets it, with replies kept in one thread.

Roles and separation

Five roles, from field agent to admin, and campaigns kept apart, which matters when you run two brands that compete.

The handover

Nobody loses a week
building the report

The review meeting is where the next brief is won or lost. Your wingman has the deck ready before you walk in.

The campaign deck

Coverage, momentum, best and worst outlets, and the photo gallery. Exported as PowerPoint or PDF.

A link instead of an attachment

Send a client a live report they can open any time. It always shows their version, however far it gets forwarded.

The daily flash

A short read on yesterday, in the client's inbox each morning, without anyone on your side remembering to send it.

Two cuts of the same campaign

Your version keeps agent names, flags and costs. The client's version never has them in the first place.

Questions

What is field marketing software?

It's software for planning field marketing campaigns, recording what field teams do at each outlet, and reporting the results. eNsight covers all three: the campaign setup, the agent app and the client report.

Can I track my field agents' location?

eNsight records where an agent is at the moment they check in and compares it with where the outlet is. It doesn't track them continuously between visits.

How many campaigns can I run at once?

As many as your plan allows. Each campaign has its own outlets, targets, metrics and team.

What does the client see?

A daily email summary, a live report link, and a PowerPoint or PDF deck at the end. Their version never shows agent names, flags or costs.

Does it work in Nigeria, and outside it?

Yes. eNsight was built in Lagos, so it was designed for Nigerian field conditions first: patchy signal, mid-range Android phones and busy outlets. Nothing in it is tied to one country, so the same campaign setup works in Abuja, Accra, Nairobi or Johannesburg.
