Field teams

Field team management without the morning phone calls

Invite your agents by email, put them on a campaign, and see who's out, who's idle and who's offline, live. They get an app that works with no signal; you get every visit as it lands.

no more 'where are you?' calls

Sound familiar?

You manage by phone call

Every morning starts with calls and messages to find out who's out, where they are and what they've done.

Onboarding takes days

New agents need an app downloaded, an account set up and a training session before they log a single visit.

Quiet agents go unnoticed

Someone who stops logging visits on Tuesday is only noticed when the weekly numbers come in short.

How eNsight handles it

One record per visit, from the outlet to the client

Live view of your team

See who is out, idle or offline right now, across every campaign you're running.

Invite by email, into a role

Add agents, supervisors and managers by email, straight into a role and a campaign. Five roles cover everyone from the field to the admin.

An app from a link

Agents open a link and add it to their home screen. No app store, no training day, and it runs on any reasonably current Android or iPhone.

Works offline

Visits save on the phone and send once there's a network, so an agent in a basement market never loses one.

A reason to keep it open

Progress, XP and a team leaderboard, plus a nudge when someone has gone quiet.

Updates to the whole team

Post an update to a campaign and everyone on it gets it, with replies kept in one thread.

The field app

The app your agents will actually use

It arrives as a link, opens like an app, and costs almost nothing in data. The person holding it is standing up in a busy outlet, on their own bundle.

  • No signal

    It keeps working offline

Submissions save on the phone and send once there's a network. An agent in a basement market never sees an error, and you never lose a visit.

  • Anyone can claim a visit

    Check-in proves where they were

The app records where the agent actually stood, so you can see the visit happened at the outlet and not on the way home.

  • Data costs money

    Photos go up light

Your agents aren't burning their own bundle to send a picture, and the upload actually finishes the first time.

  • Nobody opens it

There's a reason to keep it open

Progress, XP and a team leaderboard, plus a nudge when someone has gone quiet. It's compliance you aren't chasing by phone every morning.

Questions

Can I track where my field agents are?

eNsight records where an agent is at the moment they check in and compares it with where the outlet is. It doesn't follow them between visits, and the live view shows whether each agent is out, idle or offline.

How do new agents get started?

You invite them by email. They open the link, sign in, and the app shows them the outlet they're at and the numbers to enter. There's nothing to download from an app store.

Can supervisors manage their own team?

Yes. A supervisor oversees the campaigns they're assigned to, without needing access to the rest of your organization's work.

What phones does the field app work on?

Any reasonably current Android or iPhone with a browser. It was tested on mid-range Android phones on slow connections, because that's what field teams carry.

Does it work in Nigeria, and outside it?

Yes. eNsight was built in Lagos, so it was designed for Nigerian field conditions first: patchy signal, mid-range Android phones and busy outlets. Nothing in it is tied to one country, so the same campaign setup works in Abuja, Accra, Nairobi or Johannesburg.
